Entrepreneurial Introduction: This is me

This is me. My name is Caleb Anthrop. Originally from a tiny village in Indiana named West Point. So small it rarely ever appears on a map. A graduate of McCutcheon High School in Lafayette, In, I left home and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. After nearly a decade of service, multiple deployments to Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom, and a lifetime of memories and experiences, I left the service with an Honorable discharge. I came home and married my wife, Brigit. We moved to Muncie when she gained employment with the Rinker Center at Ball State as an advisor working with foreign national students coming to the university. After struggling to find gainful employment for two years, I decided to cash in on my benefits and return to school.

I am heading into my senior year at the university as a Graphic Communications Management major, while minoring in Business Administration. My hope for the short term future is to publish one of my novels, graduate within the next year, and find a sturdy career that will support my wife, our son, and myself.
